How Much Do You Charge to Install Different Systems?

There are many variables involved when designing the right system for your family and your home. Not only do we have to account for the actual system, but we also must consider the distribution system, refrigerant lines, plenums, and more. Because of this, we don't quote a price sight unseen. It is only fair to give you a price after evaluating the needs of the space and the solutions that work best with your budget.

How Much Do You Charge to Give Me a Replacement Estimate?

We don’t charge anything to give you a replacement estimate. In fact, we will come out and do a full Heat Gain / Heat Loss evaluation on your home to help you determine if your current system is installed and sized correctly-and whether or not you are currently overpaying on your utility bill-all absolutely free of charge.

Will You Honor My Current Warranty?

We are connected with many warranty companies and there is a great chance that we will easily be able to honor your warranty.

Do You Accept Credit Cards or Financing Options?

Almost all major credit cards are accepted by all locations with cash, check, and financing options also available. Payment methods and financing options vary by location. Please contact your local office for more information.

Will You Install the Thermostat I Bought at Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Another Source?

As a policy, we only install equipment and accessories we have our hands on from the beginning. However, some locations are authorized dealers for various products. Depending on the make and model, we will install these units but do not warranty products that we do not furnish. We instituted this policy this as a safety precaution for you, and an effort to prolong the longevity of your system. By taking other products from other companies and attempting to cobble a solution together, our ability to maintain the quality of work we hold ourselves to would be greatly diminished.

Do You Work on Holidays?

We do have 24-hour emergency service, even on holidays, with no overtime charge at participating locations.

Can You Come After I Get Home from Work? Do Your Rates Change After-Hours?

As long as our technicians do not happen to be booked with another call, we are available to serve you after business hours and there is no overtime charge at participating locations.

How Soon Can Someone Be in my Property?

We want to provide a world-class experience and, as such, we schedule our calls on a first come, first serve basis. We refuse to cut corners or take shortcuts with our customers. Since that is the level of service we believe our customers expect, we schedule as promptly and efficiently as we can without losing quality.

How Much Do You Charge to Come Out to Do a Service Call?

You pay by the job, not by the hour. Once we discover the problem, some locations may waive the fee altogether if you decide to have us perform the full repair.
